Moving Pictures Design, LLC, is the creation of Nancy Eberly and Mel Starr.  Both possess a strong customer service and real estate background and currently consult on real estate trends in the Virginia and DC Metropolitan area.  The idea for Moving Pictures Design occurred during a search of housing trends in Northern Virginia.    While reviewing the HomesDatabase listings it became clear that many homes did not include pictographic content.  After years of looking at homes and acreage, Nancy and Mel are skilled at discerning a property’s best features. They know from experience that properties containing pictures and tours receive much more attention and sell faster than those without. They strongly believe there is a buyer for every property and pictures speak a thousand words. MPD was created to provide real estate professionals and homeowners/sellers alike with an exceptional, affordable pictorial tour of every listing.
