Guidelines and Disclaimers:

• MPD in no way guarantees that our virtual tour will sell the property
• All tour prices are valid for a period of “up to” one (1) year
• MPD reserves the right to change pricing, services, guidelines and/or disclaimers as necessary
• Travel charges will apply for  travel outside a 50-mile radius of our Fairfax, VA, headquarters
• A $50 charge will apply to any cancellation made within 24 hours of the appointment. In case of inclement weather we will notify you at least eight hours prior if we are unable to make the shoot due to weather conditions.  The same rule applies for clients.  Give us at least eight hours and we’ll reschedule
• Our staff strives to arrive at the property at least 10 minutes prior to the shoot start.  If you know you will be late, please call.  We will make every effort to accommodate you.  Please remember that, like you we have other commitments we must keep.  If you do not arrive/contact us within 20 minutes after your scheduled appointment time a $50 cancellation fee will apply
• After you set up a session with us we’ll email or fax you an appointment confirmation and a shoot checklist.  The checklist contains helpful tips for you as you prepare for the shoot.  The list also reminds you of information we’ll need at the time of the shoot.  Please pay special attention and be sure to have all check-marked items with you when you arrive.  We cannot be responsible for delays to tour production if we do not have the necessary information
• Please be sure that the property’s appearance meets with your satisfaction prior to the shoot.  Should you need to reschedule the shoot a $25 rescheduling charge will apply
• We will do our best to be precise but cannot guarantee the accuracy of floor plan measurements, therefore all measurements are approximate
• We gladly work with your pictures to create a tour for you.  Please remember that the quality of the finished tour is based upon the quality, and in some cases quantity, of the pictures.  We can’t be responsible for creating a quality tour if content pictures are missing or of poor quality
