MPD© Tour standard features include scene descriptions and background music (client may choose to omit background music prior to *MPD© reserves the right to change or modify any tour package at any time, without prior client notification


**It is our client’s responsibility to notify us when a property is sold or withdrawn from the market.  Virtual tour may be withdrawn and re-published within the one-year contract period without additional charge.  The following changes will be made free-of-charge:

1)       Change to sale price

2)       Change of brokerage association

3)       Substantial changes to any tour may incur additional charges.  Client will be notified in the event that MPD© determines the changes materially affect the tour

*** MPD© does not guarantee reproduction quality of any floor plan provided by the client.  If it is determined that a client-provided floor plan’s quality is not sufficient for reproduction and/or inclusion in a virtual tour, it will not be used and client will be notified

**** MPD© does not profit from publishing to REALTOR.com©.  We incur a fee for each non-member tour published on REALTOR.com©.  We pass this charge along to the client
